Administrative Assistant will independently manage all aspects of the student Individual Education Plan (IEP) process and other duties assigned by the Director or Assistant Directors.
Responsible for scheduling all Individual Education Plan (IEP) meetings with public school liaisons and maintain google doc calendar for IEP meetings and informing all teams of scheduled meetings. Manage, produce and maintain eStar internet program for production of Individual Education Plans for 43 students. Work with Director, Assistant Director and Teachers to ensure that all aspects of MCAS Alternate Assessments are completed. Assist with mid-cycle and program review licensure requirements. Support the mission of the Boston College Campus School.
