Resident Director, Anticipated Openings 2018-19
The Office of Residential Life seeks energetic, motivated, and student-centered applicants to join our professional staff in the position of Resident Director for the 2018-19 academic year. The Resident Director is the primary administrator for an area of students numbering between 250 and 900 students, with the direct supervision of undergraduate and graduate staffs numbering from 8 to 20 members.
*Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred
*One year residence hall experience, either on a professional or graduate assistant level
*Demonstrated leadership skills
*Strong interpersonal skills and proven hall programmatic skills
*Understanding of and a commitment to Jesuit/Catholic mission
