Responsibilities include calculating, with the use of a register, customer purchases and collecting appropriate payment (cash, meal card). Follow prescribed procedures involving cash handling, use of the register, proper collection, or recording of customer and employee meals. Assist in setting up of food items in service area, stocking supplies, cleaning in service area and dining room as necessary or directed by manager or supervisor. Medium to heavy lifting is required.
