The Sr. HRIT Analyst’s primary responsibility is to define functional business requirements, perform fit/gap analysis, reporting/data analysis, and systemtesting. This position will design and develop end-user-training materials and conduct end user training. Researches, analyzes and develops modifications to existing functionality to meet objectives and needs for the organization. Interacts with HR, ITS, employees and vendors on a daily basis as the tier 1level support for all HRIS applications. Gathers and summarizes information used to develop recommendations to HR in response to operational issues, process improvement and program enhancements.
Manage HR process reengineering engagements, including the process mapping of current state processes and identifying performance improvement opportunities.
Create PeopleSoft queries for members of the Boston College community. Interpret data and refine analysis and prepare/present comprehensive reports.
Interface with the PeopleSoft technical team to confirm the translation of business concepts into technical
modifications and improvements.
Test and implement any system design changes due to plan design changes, regulatory requirements, business process improvements, etc.
Troubleshoot system issues and perform system audits.

Senior HRIT Analyst max hiring range: $87,200
HRIT Analyst max hiring range: $77,100
Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years related work experience required (1-3 years for HRIT Analyst level)
Candidates should have 4+ years of experience in project management, systems development, process reengineering or systems planning and integration.(2+ years for HRIT Analyst level)
Demonstrated ability to work on projects requiring good organization time management and multitasking skills required.
Must have strong analytical skills and experience in comprehensive data compares related to system implementations or cut over testing.
Must have intermediate to advanced Excel Skills and experience-ability to perform vlook ups and advanced formulas independently.
Advanced technical computer skills as required for technical support specific to functional area and related
