Job Description

This Graduate Program Director is responsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of the Master of Science in Sports Administration and the ongoing management and development of the existing Master of Science in Leadership and Administration at the Woods College of Advancing Studies. This Graduate Program Director will be responsible for ongoing curriculum and program development, recruiting and retaining qualified students, and tracking, assessing, and reporting on student progress and the program’s outcomes.



Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a terminal degree in an appropriate discipline relative to leadership, organizational development, executive/corporate communication, and sports administration (e.g., Ph.D., Ed.D.) with experience in teaching, advising, and graduate program development and oversight. Experience in online education preferred.
